[Koha] opaclook and feel customization had not been restored same after upgradation from 3.8.4 to 3.10.04 version.

Thank you Chris for your valuable reply. Regarding issues I have attached
screenshot of my koha opac page. Just it is a simply plain page, not taking
any effect of changes. I would be very happy, if any body suggest me to get
traditional koha prag theme for opac with all features.
