[Koha] How to import data from koha version 2.2.9 to koha 3.10 or 3.12

Hi,

Recently we have installed koha version 3.10 and would like to import all
the records from old koha version 2.2.9 to the new version. Would anybody
can send me the step by step guide for the same.
