[Koha] please help, fines settings

Dear Madam,

Our library followed incremental fine system before.
Koha has no provision for incremental fine system.
This system made a hindrance to enjoy Koha benefits in our library.
We removed incremental fine system with the permission of our authority
and implementd Koha.
