@ Mr. Fred King, thank you for sharing the info about NLM's Emergency
Access Initiative; very helpful, greatly appreciated.
@ Mr. Chris Cormack, very true. The National Library of the Philippines and
almost all the public library system in the country uses Koha; not only
that, some private and public academic libraries and a few special
libraries use Koha too.
Koha is becoming popular ILMS of choice here not only because it is FOSS,
but primarily because it is efficient, reliable and stable, and has strong
and friendly user community.
