[Koha] Catalogue Records & Holdings Records Disappearing

Hi All,
 
I have just come across a strange problem in our catalogue.
 
I went to add some new holding records to a serial which we are subscribed too, and unfortunately the bibliographic record, the serial subscription record, and the holdings records have all disappeared!
 
I can't even retrieve the records via barcode or bib number.
 
Any suggestions?
