[Koha] Erro installing new language with Koha

Dear Hugo,

All files are located under /prog and all *.po files under
/usr/share/koha/misc/translator/

My root user name is "koha", koha installation process created a user
"library_koha"
I logged in linux as "koha" user.
Can you explain how to apply perl with Koha user?
