[Koha] Koha 3.12.00 release candidate 1 now out!

Good morning!

The release of 3.12.00 is swiftly approaching, but that doesn't mean you
have to wait another week before trying it out! I have uploaded a tarball
and .deb package for Koha 3.12.00-RC1 to download.koha-community.org.
Please take it for a spin, see what works, what doesn't, and why this
release will be talked about for decades to come!
