Sina,

edit your koha-httd.conf, and after your DocumentRoot add lines
tu restric directory indexes

   DocumentRoot /usr/share/koha/opac/htdocs
   <Directory /usr/share/koha/opac/htdocs>
        Options -Indexes
   </Directory>
