[Koha] Deleted records are appearing in the staff client /OPAC

su koha (or whatever user you set up during installation)
cd usr/share/koha
./bin/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -b -r -v -x

This should read your records (100 at a time on screen), then "clean" them.
