[Koha] change of domain name

It's pretty straightforward. Get the DNS set up like you'd expect, and
then modify /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/libraryname. I'd suggest adding a
ServerAlias line below the ServerName one with the new domain, and it'll
work for both.
