[Koha] perl module missing

Dear All

I followed Ubuntu package installation on oldstable release every thing is fine but following optional perl module is missing. please let me know how to install it and how it will affect the working of koha if not installed.

missing CHI::Driver::Memcached Data::Pagination CHI
