[Koha] Boolean operator AND shows up as highlighted term

Basically the highlighting code is pretty simple and just searches
through the results looking for strings that match what you have as
search terms. It's not actually a reflection on what was actually
searched, just a visual cue for people looking at the results.

If you have a concrete idea for how it might be improved (keeping in
mind that things like 'and' aren't always a boolean term), feel free to
file a bug. But beware that going beyond much that's trivial will
probably be more complex than it's worth.
