[Koha] Customise OPAC title bar and additional search options

Hi Robin,

Thank you for your prompt reply.  I nearly had a heart attack on such a
speed!

As I am fairly new to Koha (for less than 3 months), I am unaware of such
setting.  Could you kindly elaborate on this, as I am unsure how to get
there?
