[Koha] Koha Routing List Email Alerts

Dear Colleagues,

I am using koha version 3.08. I have correctly added a serial subscription
and created a routing list. However, when I receive a new issue of the
serial, an email alert is not sent to/received by the members I have added
in the routing list for the serial. Could anyone kindly guide me on why
this may be happening and what I need to do so that email alerts are sent
to the members in the routing list.
