[Koha] Problem with Zebra Index - Koha v3.08.001

OpacSuppression is the other likely suspect - same thing - disable that 
and see if it works better. From the syspref: Note that you must have 
the |Suppress| index set up in Zebra and at least one suppressed item, 
or your searches will be broken.

So this is actually probably what you've got going on - sorry for the 
original misinformation.
