[Koha] HELP NEEDED

Hello everyone, I do have a quest*ion or t*wo.

1. I am installing vmware on windows server 2008 R2 but on finishing it is
disconnecting from the network *why is this?*, I needed to run ubuntu and
koha in it now im forced to roll all the way back to koha 2.2.9 windows ;-(
before you fry me, can someone please guide me on how to import Marc
records in 2.2.9 version?
