[Koha] Best way to install koha in ubuntu 12.04?

"Couldn't get an instance working" is very vague. It would have been
good to ask questions on the mailing list or on IRC at this stage of
the game.

I'm not sure what kind of cleanup you might need to do at this point
but it's worth reiterating that the packages are the best way to
install Koha.
