Koha has SIP server for connection to selfcheck devices (or other
equipment which needs to get borrower info), but other than
that RFID is somewhat ortogonal to Koha.

We have 3M RFID readers and we are storing barcodes on RFID stickers,
but reader itself just enters data into input field in web interface.
