[Koha] bug upgrading koha 3.12.3 to 3.14?

Hi

We are upgrading koha 3.12.3 to  koha 3.14, and we are facing one error
that we think it could be a bug, does anybody found something similar?

In the database there is not any borrower or any patronimage at koha
3.12.3, browsing bugzilla we have found bug 10636

it is the same error, but we can't see why it is happeing in the update
process.. .

One interesting issue is that the updatedatabase.pl thinks the source
version is 3.13
