[Koha] Clearance Certificate using koha

Dear M/S

I have recently shifted from other library database to koha and now we need
to issue clearance certificates to the patrons whose batch is going to pass
out. Can somebody suggest m how to handle this issue? Does koha generates
clearance certificate or not.
