You have not provided any details about your existing old software.
That makes it difficult to identify what is feasible and what is not.

Have a look at http://schema.koha-community.org/tables/issues.html to
get an idea of the relationships and underlying database table
structures related to circulation in Koha.

So the short answer: Yes, it is possible provided your old software
can export that data and you can map and import that data in into
Koha.
