[Koha] Importing items problem

Hi everyone,

Helped by your suggestions i managed to import bibliographic records in 
a way that created items too. What worked for me was copying whole field 
995 to field 952. Items got created then. Interestingly it did not work 
with field 952 only, both 952 and 995 had to be present in the record.

Importing records didn't connect biblio records to authorities, you 
mentioned writing about the way you managed to get it connected but I 
must have missed it.

P.S. My Koha version is 3.12.05
