How to put "zebrasrv.pid" in the "/etc/rc.local" file in 'Single
Installation Mode" (for example in: ~/public_html/koha)?

AFAIK, the "zebrasrv.pid" files usually exist in:

../var/lock/zebradb/authorities/zebrasrv.pid , and
../var/lock/zebradb/biblios/zebrasrv.pid
