[Koha] Regarding koha up gradation

Hi,
    I upgraded  the koha from 3.8.x to 3.10.x by using  following command
 git checkout -b mybranch  origin/3.10.x
it asked to update databases ,while try to update database it is giving
following errors

Update report :

   - Status: 500

   Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 at
   /home/koha/kohaclone/installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl line 5503.

   Incorrect table definition; there can be only one auto column and it must
   be defined as a key at /home/koha/kohaclone/installer/data/mysql/
   updatedatabase.pl line 5522.

Could you mine please suggest me how to upgrade steps wise
