[Koha] a problem in the Arab language files

Try downloading directly from the server and replace you pref file.

Do on your server:

cd /usr/share/koha/misc/translator/po
rm ar-Arab-pref.po
wget http://translate.koha-community.org/download/ar/312/ar-Arab-pref.po

Now, if you installed with tar.gz do

cd ..
perl translate install ar-Arab

or if you are using packages

koha-translate -u ar-Arab
