Hi Dagne,
These fields are authority controlled.  If you are not using 
authorities, you will need to edit your marc frameworks. Information 
about how to do this is in the  manual:

Your problem is FAQ 3.1 - in Appendix K.  Also, go to chapter 4 and 
scroll way down to Authorized value.
