[Koha] rebuild_zebra: Biblios aren't displayed anymore

I installed with a tarball. I would like to use the packages. Is there a
simple way to change from tarball installation to packages installation?

koha is an user on my server. So I log in as koha and run the scripts as
user koha.

I will try your suggestion if there isn't an other solution :-)
