[Koha] Acquisitions / Lack of Rollover

Our library has been using Acquisitions this last year, and just realized that there is no rollover functionality.  We are wondering if any other libraries use acquisitions.  If so, what do you do with orders that haven't been filled from a previous budget without a rollover feature?
