[Koha] Avoid LiveCDs/LiveDVDs

Would you be willing to join the Koha team as CD/DVD release manager?

This is great work.  When will the current stable Koha (3.8.5) be
available?

Is it possible to install the live system to the hard disk
when the user is ready to commit to it, or do they need to
export the data and import it to a new installation?
