[Koha] Avoid LiveCDs/LiveDVDs

Dear Mark Tompsett,

I do not agree with  your comments on Koha live CD/DVD's. I am using Koha 3.8.2 Live CD released by Mr. Vimal Kumar, it is working fine. Most of the library professionals are may not familiar with Linux to install Koha along with  supporting software's. This type of Live CD/DVD's are most useful to easy installation of Linux/Ubuntu & Koha.
