[Koha] Problem in importing Patron Records

Yes, indeed it is.  Mine started out lower case, but our database
software changed it to all caps while I was batch editing the data
(sigh).

A simple statement somewhere obvious (or in the manual?) - "headers
must be lower case" would do it.
