[Koha] Help-EBSCO questions for real time availability

I have to answer a few questions for EBSCO and would like some 
direction- they want to screen scrape the OPAC

the number of users it accepts at one time? When does a session time 
time out? Is it possible to remove the user session limit or allow EBSCO 
a certain amount of current sessions?/*
