[Koha] XML export not working

I'm trying to use XML export (of spine labels) in Koha 3.06.04.000, and I get an error:

For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([no address given]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

It looks like there is a Perl module missing. Does anyone know what steps I need to follow to add it?
