[Koha] OPAC Navigation/Browse Buttons

I don't see any attachment, but I'm assuming you mean the browse links
which are enabled by the OpacBrowseResults system preference. If your
installation of Koha doesn't have this preference you'll need to
upgrade to a more recent version (3.6.x or 3.8.x).
