[Koha] MySQL Database Restoring Problem from 3.4.x to 3.8.0

Hi all,

The Koha 3.8.0 installation has no problem: http://goo.gl/WPBSC , but
when restoring MySQL database from Koha 3.4.x to 3.8.0 I have an error
message:
ERROR 1005 (HY000) at line 2273: Can't create table 'kohadb.letter' (errno: 150)

Any clue?
