[Koha] Fast Cataloging

Hi,


I install koha via Kohalivedvd.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/kohalivedvd/

One question:
I could not find Fast Cataloging from circulate page.
Home › Circulation
There are five linkages:
   Check Out
   Check In
   Transfer
   Set library
   Offline Circulation
         Offline Circulation File (.koc) Uploader

But at Koha manaual 3.6, http://manual.koha-community.org/3.6/en/fastaddcat.html
There is one more linkage: Fast Cataloging

At Bywater demo site, http://intranet.bywatersolutions.com
There is Fast Cataloging at circulate page.

Could some one help put Fast Cataloging back?
