[Koha] Serials pattern help

I've tried twice to respond to this and Thunderbird has died...

I've tried every permutation of entry with no success, so I'm down to 
using the "Notes" field

Here is a particular bete noire, four issues per year each one including 
three numbers!

*My solution would be to choose "Irregular" for periodicity and in 
"Numbering Pattern" choose number - this is the unique identifier of 
each item, after all.

Then enter Vol. no., Year and pair of months in the notes.

At least it gets all your information out to the user
