[Koha] Issue - book cover

[Koustubha Kale]

Hi,
A patch for adding local book covers i.e. scanning covers locally and
uploading to your Koha installation database, is now in the master of Koha
source code. Please see this link for details

You can download and install the patch or upgrade to master via git to get
the functionality..
