Thanks for your kind help.  Chinese, simplified and traditional,
translation have great improvement.

There is one question about Chinese language code.
Can I suggest using
zh-Hant-TW
for Chinese written using the Traditional Chinese script at Taiwan.

According http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc5646.txt

Quote few paragraph for you from above page:

Language subtag plus Script subtag:

     zh-Hant (Chinese written using the Traditional Chinese script)

     zh-Hans (Chinese written using the Simplified Chinese script)

hus, "zh-Hant-TW" is more specific than "zh-Hant".

Language-Script-Region:

     zh-Hans-CN (Chinese written using the Simplified script as used in
     mainland China)
