[Koha] Z3950 fail to connect to external Database

Hi Tom.

I think that you will have to contact the people who look after your proxy
server/firewall.

Depending on how these are setup for your organisation they will probably
need to enable access to these ports/services.  Not sure how difficult this
will in your organisation though....
