[Koha] Patron has had overdue items and is blocked for 6480 day(s).

Dear Friends,
One of my friend using Koha 3.6.4.
He got following message when check out a book after check in overdue items
(He paid Fine amount).

"Patron has had overdue items and is blocked for 6480 day(s)"

Kindly give me a solution.
