The item information such as barcode, specific locations, and other
item-specific information goes into the 952 field. Even when you only have
one copy. If you have more than one copy, you will have more than one item
record (952) attached to the bibliographic record.

The real work is all down to the digital wizardry of my colleague, I'm the
librarian half of the team. I can ask him if you need further assistance.
But we're not using a spreadsheet as the source of the original data, so
the actual method may vary in your case.
