[Koha] UNIMARC 100 FIELD Language of cataloguing can not change

Good time of day everyone!

Same here for italian language, since version 3.6 (but I can't say before)
with Koha UNIMARC flavor (.deb packaged release in my case). Anytime I
change "fre" to "ita" and save it, this edit isn't kept.
