[Koha] Need SQL for a report

Lesley,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we are rebooting our server
right now and it should be back up soon.

What do you need to see on the report you're asking for?  Names,
addresses or something else?  What are the 4 patron categories? Do you
want to limit on a specific branch/category?
