[Koha] CANNOT ADD NEW LIBRARY IN KOHA

HI,
 I am pretty new to koha. I installed Koha 3.4 with postgresql backend.
While trying to create new libraries i got the error "Library with that
code already exists — Please enter a unique code" . I tried changing the
code many times but didnt work. Please help me to fix this .
