[Koha] How to include 952$x in a report

Recently, I requested guidance on the inclusion of 952$x into a MySQL 
"Report".  My thanks to all who responded.

The results are a report for Tax Receipting purposes; I realize that this 
is specific to charities that receive donations of books from their 
sponsors, but it might prove adaptable to others wishing to follow book 
vendors ...
