[Koha] OPAC interface fail with Koha3.10.000 on ubuntu 12.04

"Fail interface" or "failed" is not very clear, however I did work out what
you meant. This also occurs with a fresh install of Koha 3.10 on Debian
using the packages.

This has been logged in Bugzilla:

To work around this (until 3.10.1 release) you need to copy two files:

cd /usr/share/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-tmpl/prog/en/css
sudo mv reset-fonts-grids.css skin.css
/usr/share/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-tmpl/lib/yui
