[Koha] Problem upgrade koha-3.8.0 to koha-3.08.04

Dear all,

Though I am not quite keen to migrate from my stable Koha version 3.2
running on Ubuntu 10.10,  what are the best step-by-step instructions
to migrate to the current Koha version to run on Ubuntu 10.10 and
using 32-bit machine.

I would not like to be left too behind.
