[Koha] How to manage some small libraries within a library

Hi,

I am setting up koha for two institutes. let them be A and B. I have setup this A and B in 'Libraries and Groups'. Now i have a problem , this A institute further has 2 libraries. Anyone with an idea of how to manage this furthur division.
