[Koha] 3.8 - Circulation and fine rules in days not working - Debarred / Restricted

on fine rules in day there is this bug:

Raed post to understand the problem.

I suggest you to install a dev installation of 3.8.x as your private test.

If all is ok, install in production the 3.8.4,
it will be released at 22/Aug/2012
